Pradman works with OEM and their supply chain system to ensure that the customer is supported with original spare parts. In case parts have to be manufactured locally as per OEM’s drawings and specifications to assist in speed of delivery, Pradman works closely with the OEM to ensure that any parts supplied are done so as per the OEM’s standards and requirements.
Pradman works closely with customers to stock fast moving and critical parts as well as develop stocking contracts to ensure speed of delivery for spare parts to customer’s site timely at minimum costs.
