Minimum Qualification : Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering
Description : min 4 to 6 years of experience in fabrication processes, AutoCAD, and welding. Responsible for managing shop floor operations, production planning, and scheduling. Ensures accurate drawing interpretation, manpower supervision, and adherence to quality and safety standards while resolving fabrication issues.
Minimum Qualification : Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering
Description : min1 to 3 years of experience in vendor management, follow-ups, 2D drawing reading and interpretation, and quality inspection. Responsible for production coordination and tracking manufacturing progress, ensuring timely execution through process monitoring and coordination across manufacturing operations.

Description : 1.5 to 2 years of experience in VMC machine operation. Responsible for 2D drawing reading, use of measuring instruments, and 2D programming. Familiar with Siemens and Fanuc controls, handling machine operations, and maintaining dimensional accuracy.

Product range: Induction Heating Machines & Systems (Hardening, Brazing, Annealing, Tempering, Custom Solutions). Industry exposure: Automotive, forging, metal processing, heavy engineering. Skills: Mechanical/electrical systems knowledge, engineering drawings, CRM tools, strong sales & negotiation, willingness to travel.
